Submit a completed app for each adult that will be living in the household.

NOT NOW, but once we find a home that suits you, a $40-50 app fee will be required upon submission to the landlord. This is used by landlords to run a background check, and is usually non-refundable

Email your proof of income to Nyalls@nyallscrealestate.com

Your proof of income can come in the following formats… 1) Previous 2 months worth of pay-stubs 2) Section 8 voucher (if you are enrolled in Section 8, please attach a copy of your voucher as well) 

You must be able to prove that your income is 3x the amount of the monthly rent! Otherwise, landlords will deny your application.

Email a valid Drivers License for all adults on the application to Nyalls@nyallscrealestate.com

Leasing a Home

 

Basic Requirements

  • 600 credit score

  • Positive rental history

  • No misdemeanors or felonies

  • Monthly income is 3x the rental amount
